Installing on Your Phone
For the best experience, add Mr. G to your home screen. It will look and feel just like a regular app and even work when you have a bad connection.

For iPhone (using Safari)

  1. Open the app link in the Safari browser.
  2. Tap the Share icon (a square with an arrow pointing up) at the bottom.
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. Confirm by tapping Add in the top-right corner.

For Android (using Chrome)

  1. Open the app link in the Google Chrome browser.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu icon (⋮) in the top-right corner.
  3. From the menu, select Install app or Add to Home screen.
  4. Confirm the installation.

Core Features
Here's how to use the main features of the Mr. G app.

Diagnose Issues Instantly

From any feature page like Apartments, Grounds, or Pool, use the camera to take a picture of a problem. Mr. G will analyze it and provide a diagnosis and solution.

Scan Unit Availability Lists

Go to the "Scan List" page and use the camera to take a picture of a paper availability list. The app will automatically read the list and update the status of all units.

Count Inventory with a Photo

On the "Inventory" page, tap "Count with Camera" to take a picture of a shelf or pile of supplies. Mr. G will identify and count every item for you.

Chat with Mr. G

Tap the blue chat bubble in the bottom corner to ask Mr. G anything. You can even use the camera icon in the chat to send a photo for analysis.

Manage Contacts

On the "Contacts" page, use the "Scan Contact" feature to take a photo of a business card. The app will automatically extract the name, role, phone, and email.
